This is a lovely big 2 bedroom 2nd floor apartment, minutes from Bournemouth beach, our client was a London based property owner, who employed our services to carry out a full design and refurbishment of this property, with a view to renting out the property, to include new gas central heating, and a full re-wire so everything was new and guaranteed for its new tenant.
The refurb took two months and we managed the project throughout the build, ensuring budget and timescales were met.
