In-person consultation (free of charge)

Pricing: £105/hour
(Final cost depends on room size, volume of work, and complexity.)
Project management
For homeowners who want their renovation managed by experts while they relax
What’s Included:
On-site presence & regular site visits
Architect coordination
Contractor engagement and schedule management
Monitoring quality and delivery timeline
Ensuring trades and materials are in place
Cost control and staged payment management
Pricing: 12.5% of overall build budget
(Payable in 3 stages: 50% upfront, 40% mid-project, 10% at completion.)
